This policy explains what personal data Artline (Art Line Concept Decoration L.L.C) collects, how we use it, and your rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

- Project information you provide (sector, location, size, brief).
- Technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent) when you load our site, used only for security and debugging.

- To respond to enquiries and scope new projects.
- To deliver a project you have contracted us for.
- To meet legal obligations under UAE commercial and tax law.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with professional service providers (accountants, legal counsel) under confidentiality agreements, or with authorities when required by law.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for 24 months after last contact. Project data is retained for the duration of the project plus seven years, consistent with UAE commercial-records requirements.
