The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing package is where most fit-out firms subcontract. Our DET licence covers HVAC installation and maintenance, plumbing and sanitary installation, and electromechanical equipment installation — we execute these directly.

Co-ordination with other trades is easier when MEP is not arm's-length.
