Fit-Out
Turnkey interior execution for hospitality, residential, and commercial programmes. Eight of our nine DET-licensed activities sit under this scope.
Joinery
Custom cabinetry, wall panelling, architectural millwork — fabricated in our Al Quoz workshop to approved shop drawings with on-site client review.
Marble & Stone
Sourced, fabricated, installed. Natural marble and stone for hospitality floors, vanities, facades, and bespoke furniture — one scope, one subcontractor: us.
MEP
HVAC, plumbing, electromechanical equipment — all DET-licensed under our own activities. Delivered by our site team, not an outside subcontractor.
Design
Interior and exterior design in-house — concept, drawings, materials, FF&E specification, authored by our design team.
Decorative works
Decorative paint, gypsum board, wallpaper, engraving, ornamental detail — the final-coat craftsmanship that sets a space apart.
